Client Information Collection

The cardholder is required to provide their address and phone number during the booking process to ensure accurate invoicing and verification.
All products and services comply with the same Merchant Category Code (MCC).

Security & Payment Processing

The CVV/CVV2 card security code field is mandatory on the payment page to prevent fraudulent transactions.
The transaction currency is clearly displayed during the booking process.
Confidentiality assurances regarding client information and transactions are displayed on the website.
All bookings require full payment at the time of confirmation and before service execution.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), and Bank Transfer (for corporate clients).

Pricing, Billing & Statements

The final price of the selected service is displayed on the payment page before the transaction is completed.
The name of Klock Aviation will appear as the descriptor on the client's bank statement for easy recognition.
Visa and MasterCard logos are displayed on the payment page to indicate accepted payment methods.

Contract Fulfillment & Jurisdiction Compliance

A statement regarding the time of fulfillment of the contract between Klock Aviation and the cardholder is displayed on our website.
A notice is provided on our website stating that customers are responsible for understanding the laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions when making payments.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

As Klock Aviation provides aviation services rather than physical goods, a return policy is not applicable. However, our cancellation and refund policy is clearly outlined below.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after claim filing via the original payment method.
Alternatively, refunds can be credited to your Klock Wallet for future bookings (faster option).
Weather or Operational Delays: If Klock Aviation cancels a flight due to operational concerns, customers may opt for a full refund or reschedule without extra charges.

Compensation & Recovery

We understand that delays and disruptions can occur. Our commitment to you includes immediate notifications via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp in the event of delays, reschedules, or cancellations an hour prior to planned departure.

Delays (4+ Hours, Klock-Controlled)

If a flight is delayed beyond 4 hours due to Klock's operational control (e.g., maintenance, crew availability), customers may request compensation in the form of travel credits valid for one year.

Shared Seat

25% refund of ticket price or rebooking on the next available flight
$100 travel voucher included
Full refund option or rebooking with $150 luxury amenity credit

Charter / Medical

20% discount on the next booking or full rebooking at no additional cost
Priority scheduling and complimentary ground transport
Dedicated concierge assistance within 24 hours

Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

Delays/cancellations due to weather, ATC, or government restrictions are not compensable but offer rebooking without fees.

If rebooking is not possible, customers will receive:

A full refund within 48 hours plus a 10% travel credit to your Klock Wallet
Priority access and complimentary seat upgrades on your next booking

How to Claim / Recovery Process

Clients must submit claims via our website or customer support within 7 days; compensation processed within 30 days.

Payments are final unless cancellations fall within the eligible refund window.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
